I was getting mix signals about shipping times and reached out to the seller. i receive great feedback, customer service and help with nailing down my delivery time. I even posted the product on my social media and provided the link for those that asked where I got it from. Set up was way too easy. It fit perfectly in my home office and did not take up to much space. The only problem is my 10 year old and 3 year old thinks that it's there's.

This treadmill arrived quickly and was easy to setup. when I tried to use it the remote wouldn't work. I replaced the battery but it still didn't work. I emailed the company and they replied quickly with 2 options to pair the remote. got the remote to pair and now the treadmill works great. Perfect size for my home office and it is very smooth to walk on. I'm very happy with this purchase especially at this price.

I shopped around for the best deal before choosing this one. This product had no reviews, but the seller’s reviews gave me confidence. I was so excited for this to come. Delivery was quick. This exceeded my expectations. The price is low compared to others. It’s not silent. There’s some noise, but that’s expected. The display window shows speed, time calories and distance - which is helpful in keeping me motivated. I love it.

It replaces my outdoor walks that exposes me to the weather, and people, and barking dogs, etc . I can do my walk exercise on this anytime of the day and I am very much depending on this walking exerciser and appreciate the burning of calories I need to get rid of. it would have been nice if it had handle bar but I use a chair next to it to keep myself to stay on the pad. over all, it is a good and an affordable walking exerciser.

From the main screen, the size of the man compared to the size of the treadmill is NOT accurate. I would 10/10 not recommend this unless you are a skinny person already. I am a 5’6 200 lb woman, when I was walking I slipped off this twice it’s so small. It definitely is convenient since it has wheels, but it’s SMALL.

Pro: I love this portable treadmill! One of the best purchases I’ve made. I wish it went a little bit faster, but I understand why it doesn’t. Great for a nice indoor run at home. Con: For the first time today it didn’t start when I turned it on. Makes a lot of noise like it’s struggling to move.

This treadmill keeps stopping. I use this as an under desk treadmill. I put it on the slowest speed at 0.6 MPH and I have to walk in a way to help the belt move or it will stop. There is no on/off. To start it, you need to specify how long you want to walk. The display is below the desk, so there is no visual countdown or reminder. The treadmill gives no audio reminder that time is up. Treadmill just stops and I fall down almost everday.

To start with, it arrived 4 days late. once it arrived, it never worked. Getting someone to talk to about the insurance was a nightmare. Returning process an agony... still waiting for refund. I do not recomend it...because I got it as a gift for someone very special to me😔

I initially purchased one walking pad and was thoroughly impressed with its performance. So much so, that I decided to get a second one. However, my enthusiasm quickly turned into frustration when I realized that both pads start running with either remote. This flaw makes it impossible to use them independently on different floors. Despite my disappointment, I must admit that the walking pad itself is of good quality. Unfortunately, the inconvenience of the shared remote functionality outweighs its benefits. Regrettably, I’ll be returning both pads. My advice: stick to purchasing just one. LOL..

The treadmill turns on, but the remote doesn't work so it is completely unusable. I've tried several batteries in the remote, but there is no means to identify if the issue is with the remote or the treadmill itself. The other reviews make it look like a good product, but if you buy it, you have to just hope you get one that works.
