There is no customer service to give accurate help on issues in regards to the phone service not working properly to begin with. You cannot return a Sim kit with the 30 day service plan, it's as if you are stuck with a plan that doesn't work. It's a lot of money to take as a complete loss.

Could not port phone number over, ended up using time on a different account. ST tech support was horrible, there was an issue with info to port and ST did not inform me of this, the original provider did and when I contacted ST about it they couldn't/wouldn't tell me how to correct the issue. Plus, I don't know where their support staff is located but their English was very difficult to understand.

Had to get a refund because I ordered online so that I could go to the store and pickup came home and couldn't use the service card because it wasn't scanned properly.

i ordered this item and when i tried to set it up straight talk told me the store did not activate card...and the store nor straight talk would fixy problem so it was $55 down the drain.

Bought one of these and straight talk sold me a incompatible and unusable SIM card. After they said they would send another sim and going without a phone for a WEEK that I had already paid for they sent me another bad sim. I had sat on the phone with costumer services for almost 2 hours yesterday and all they did in those 2 hours was say the same thing over again and didn’t fix the problem.

I ordered this for online pick and it wasn’t activated at the time of purchase thanks for the headache of trying to fix the issue.

Never recv’d told it don’t ship to my address and still have yet to get my money back

I dislike the fact that you take and confirm my order and a few hours later tell me you have none. I was in the store earlier that morning and saw all kinds of them. At the time i just didnt know thats what I needed. First time Ive ordered online and may be the last.
