Love this little machine. I can now get my workout in anytime. I use this several times a day for my legs and arms and really feel I'm getting some light exercise. The resistance kicks in after maybe cycling for 5 minutes. I get bored with workouts pretty quickly but doing this while working at my desk at home or watching tv helps me stay engaged. I can easily do 30 min on this and not notice it.

I really like my stamina excercisor I am currently doing Cardiac rehab and I needed something to work out in between my rehab visits and this turned out to be perfect for what I needed! The price was the best for me! I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase!

I love this little cycle! I researched and researched exercise bikes to help with knee pain but they are so expensive. This little inexpensive cycle does the same thing as the full bikes and even more in my opinion. I used it twice a day for several minutes on both my legs and for my arms. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and with how much money I saved.

Bought this for my dad to excercise for his Parkinson's disease. He has a hard time getting onto stationary bicycles so this is a great option to pedal while sitting down while eating, reading, watching tv. Very easy to use and has a timer and adjustable resistance.

This item is exactly as it says in sales description. So far we are loving the "indoor mobility" ease of use, can't beat the price. My husband likes the adjustability, so he can increase the tension or resistance. We are older with comorbidities, staying in during quarantine is important, getting exercise is also.

I originally purchased upper lower Body Cycle for my husband to continue his therapy after a lengthy hospital stay. I began using it while i watch the morning news each day. It is doing a good job of tightening my stomach bulge . And takes very little effort.

It slides as you use it, resistance is not great, and the peddles fit only the tiniest of feet but it's impossible to use without putting your feet in. I did get a quick and easy refund after my return though so if you want to personally give it a go it's not too bad a hassle.

You get what you pay for. This is a piece of junk. It doesn't pedal smoothly. It's jerky. It is difficult to keep my feet on the pedals.
