so happy i purchased, went with least exspensive, this one is great, i am 62 i like to ride my bike down to waterfront all summer, but i dont bike in winter, last early summer after taking off for winter i got thigh muscles burning, so i will use this all winter to keep my muscles strong in legs to be able to enjoy biking right away.. tension knob works great, liked no tool assembly

For how expensive excersise bikes are this does the same thing as them but easy breezy and super easy to put together and I just sit in my chair and peddle. Folds up easy also. For 28 dollars oh my goodness what a bargain. I recommend all to get this. I love it and I'm 64 years old. Great purchase.

This item is exactly as it says in sales description. So far we are loving the "indoor mobility" ease of use, can't beat the price. My husband likes the adjustability, so he can increase the tension or resistance. We are older with comorbidities, staying in during quarantine is important, getting exercise is also.

I love this little cycle! I researched and researched exercise bikes to help with knee pain but they are so expensive. This little inexpensive cycle does the same thing as the full bikes and even more in my opinion. I used it twice a day for several minutes on both my legs and for my arms. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and with how much money I saved.

I originally purchased upper lower Body Cycle for my husband to continue his therapy after a lengthy hospital stay. I began using it while i watch the morning news each day. It is doing a good job of tightening my stomach bulge . And takes very little effort.

It slides as you use it, resistance is not great, and the peddles fit only the tiniest of feet but it's impossible to use without putting your feet in. I did get a quick and easy refund after my return though so if you want to personally give it a go it's not too bad a hassle.

You get what you pay for. This is a piece of junk. It doesn't pedal smoothly. It's jerky. It is difficult to keep my feet on the pedals.
