I've had this tape measure for a while and it's been really handy to have around the house. It's lightweight, easy to use, and small enough to keep in a drawer or toolbox without taking up much space. The tape pulls out and retracts smoothly, and the markings are easy to read. Nothing fancy—just a good, reliable tape measure that does exactly what I need it to do.

This tape measure is fabulous, it has big numbers for easy readings , and the material made is strong with high quality resistance. Light weight design, easy to carry and storage.

Works as it should.

I use mine at work quite a bit when I need to measure vertically or measure longer distances. It goes out quite a bit without dropping significantly and doesn't kink. I really like that it is uncluttered and easy to read. The only drawback that I see is that it is bulky and isn't comfortable hanging on my pocket when I don't have a toolbelt on. I've had it for quite a while and it still retracts quickly, I use my finger as a brake to stop it from slamming home.

This tape measure lives up to the Stanley name. I only give it a 4 because the balance is a little off and it has a little issue locking the tape. Otherwise I really like this measure.

Serviceable and accurate Long lasting, though I've noticed that the new model doesn't last as long as the one I purchased 50-55years ago. The spring is cheaper i assume.

The Stanley Fat Max tape rulers are my go to rulers. They've always been a quality ruler that has stood up to the rigger's of the job site.

i buy these all the time. they dont last. im trying to find an alterative. they basically cost a dollar per foot. what a joke.

I have found that the Stanley Tape Measures that have an end tab that is black. Have That end tab hold up better and resists bending way better than the Stanley tapes with a chrome plated end tab. Just an observation.
