Even though it had mixed reviews I bought it due to its larger water capacity. I had no problems with it at all. It is being used to clean the coils on my interior mini split ac units and it works amazingly well. Remember to ONLY use distilled water and don't unscrew the hose from the base unit as you will need to disassemble the unit to reattach it. Ask me how I know. Pros: Heats up fast, large water tank, very powerful hot steam with adjustable pressure. Items needing improvement: No shut off on handle so it needs to turned on and off at the base unit. Unable to drain all the water from the tank unless you remove the tank. It's a simple process of taking out 6 screws. To remedy this I drilled a hold in the tank and added a simple stopper. The tank has no pressure in it, so it's not a problem and an easy fix. The silver extension handle is extremely hot, be aware. Maybe a few more accessories, but the ones that came with it met my needs.

This thing is great. Took me a few minutes to figure it out, but it works great. I cleaned behind a fridge and stove that hadn't been moved in at least a decade. All I needed was the steamer to break it up. I used a towel to cleanup what it broke up, then just disinfected after and dried before putting in the new appliances. Great gadget.

Just received this today and as of right now it is awesome! Cleaned cabinets/microwave/stove/dishwasher and refrigerator! I have 2 boys so things get pretty dirty and this thing torn through it!

Easy to use. Be careful the handle grip gets very hot. I use a long rubber oven mitt to avoid any accidental burns. This gadget works great on tile grout or window sills!

Portable yet powerful. Gets the job done. A quality machine.

The item purchased is good over all. However, the delivery is bad. The delivery person did not follow the instruction at all. It is because he/she did not know how to read or it is just lazy person. It was a simple introduction, “leave the package at my door, apt.%235.” And not even capable to follow the only deliver instruction. They felt it at the mail box at someone else apt.%23. That is ridiculous. Someone like that should not earn the job he/she hold as a delivery person.

The device is very good, what I didn't like, the tube is of poor quality, it broke without having used much. I hope you can replace me or how can I get another one ?

I was very disappointed with this steam cleaner. In videos it appears to almost instantly turn grime into nothing. That is certainly not true. Am considering returning it and getting my money back.

The product was advertised as a 2500-watt unit, but it is, in fact, a 1500-watt unit. This discrepancy has resulted in financial and temporal losses, and I am quite disappointed.

Sent the wrong item arrived with the day before Mother's Day couldn't get a replacement out to me overnight and made me drive to its location to drop off the item instead of bringing FedEx here to pick it up
