Needed a clothes steamer for my daughter's wedding. I had a few formal dresses to get wrinkle-free. Thought I'd try it out at home before the event. The first time I attempted to use this product, it wouldn't work. Everything worked as per manual except that it wouldn't release any steam. I packed it to go with us to the wedding anyway knowing that my daughter had purchased a larger steamer %26 maybe I was doing something wrong. Well, I set it up at the venue %26 it worked very well. I ended up being the main person doing all the steaming for the entire bridal party %26 for all of the velvet table runners. I switched between this steamer %26 the larger one my daughter had purchased. It did the trick. The wedding was just last weekend %26 I've already used it several times at home for my regular day clothes. I'll never go back to a traditional iron %26 ironing board. This way is so much quicker %26 easier. I love that there's a one button on function that keeps the steam going %26 same button off when you need to set it down or refill with water so you don't waste any steam. It's not real expensive at $19.99 %26 works great. I would recommend this steamer for daily home usage %26 maybe a bigger one if you've got a big job like I had last weekend. 😊

This item does not work at all. Plugged it in and it merely got hot on the top. No steam no sound, only heat. Waste of money and possibly dangerous.
