Steinhauser Telescopic Fishing Pole and Reel Combo, True Timber Strata, Tangle-Free Technology

Even tho I didn't get this product I have one that I purchased a while ago and that is what I'm rating the product for. Not the products fault walmart messed up.

I got sent the wrong pole I ordered the telescopic spin cast rod and reel, but I got the kid pole instand why my husband is going to pick on me he told me not to order one online that I don't know what it's going to look like better go in person well I guess he was right now all of our 7 years together I have to say them words you was right sooo thank you walmart

Exactly what everyone said! I was sent a different rod rather than the one shown. Have to return and head to store to waste my time. I could have just bought it from the store at that point! You will receive the dock combo and not a pocket combo( telescopic) instead.

youll get the dock combo but at least it sells for more than this one. im keeping it and going to a real sporting goods store to buy another.

It was not the product that was the issue. It was that I was given the wrong fishing pole and charged refunded less than I was charged.

You are not going to get what you order. I tried three times and every time I got the wrong product. Walmart must have their sku's or bar codes wrong, cause the item that is sent doesn't match the picture or description. They send a 30" micro rod that doesn't telescope, made by other company.

Received a dock pole totally different brand as well. Went through a refund on the first order. Reordered it and was sent the same thing again. Now I'm returning the wrong item that was shipped the second time to replace at the store. Been more of a headache since it's past Christmas and it was supposed to be a gift. Something needs to be fixed

I ordered 2 POCKET combo fishing rods and reels, and instead received The DOCK combo instead. A non telescoping rod instead of the telescoping one that I ordered! So mad right now. Nobody ASKED me if I was okay with a substitute item...and I AM NOT. I WANT WHAT I PAY FOR WALMART!

Just like the other reviews, I received the dock combo instead of the telescopic rod. Walmart customer service was not helpful and said I ordered the dock combo.

WHY SELL THE POCKET COMBO BUT SEND THE DOCK COMBO SO FRUSTRATING ESPECIALLY BECAUSE I ONLY WANT WHAT I PAID FOR, WHAT I ORDERED.
