Love this
I love this workout DVD. I have Petra's low impact cardio and thought I should add strength training to my workout. This DVD, like the other one, was difficult at first but was easy to follow after a few days. I'm a beginner at strength training and this is just right for me. I'm able to do a whole hour with no problem now and I feel great! I started doing 3 days of cardio and 3 days of strength training a week and I've lost about 5 pounds in a little over 2 weeks.

Overall the content of the dvd is good, but it arrived in a broken case all scratched up. The only reason I didn't return it was because I didn't feel like going through the hassle of returning it and waiting on a new one. Other than that I'm pleased.
