Best gaming Prebuilt Pc ever. I never had a problem with it even if Ian upgrade my pc yet it still runs perfect without any upgrades.

The pc is solid for the price. Just beware they lock the bios and make ur ram locked at 2400hz. u can not increase ram speed even if the ram can handle it or u choose to upgrade later. also one stick so not dual channel? Other then that its good. i put a second ram stick to make it dual channel and it works better. still dont appreciate them locking ur ram speed on the bios.

Set up computer on Christmas for my son now unable to sign in or access anything. Purchased the 89 assurance and have been unable to speak to someone also they cancelled the protection plan I purchased. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

These guys are lying and selling you old parts in a clean case with RGB. It comes with 16 GB of ram so I wanted to upgrade my ram to 32 GB now I had ordered some DDR five ram as it's listed on the listing you can see in the screenshots below my friend said you need to check your DDR check your ram make sure you're getting the right the right one. He said download CPUZ I downloaded it I check my ram and this pc is running DDR3 ram. I have been able to stream off of this and play cloud game and emulate PS2 games somehow maybe the motherboard is good. but that's a scam though that's wrong. This is not a ddr4 pc. Trying to upgrade it but there's no point in upgrading a DDR three PC. This is foul

Bought for Christmas. Already having issues. Hours and days of trying to fix. Cant get ahold of anyone at customer service. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! I have a very sad 13 year old with a computer he cant use. Systems keep crashing, looks like a bad CPU or Mother board!

would not display on monitor. straight from the box to to the desk. Reseated the ram and graphics card. Finally got a image on the monitor. full of colored lines. reseated the card again and still same thing. then after a few seconds would not restart or show an image at all. changed cables and still same thing. I am sure some are good but i seem to have gotten one of the bad ones. take your own chances

This computer is not working. I have tried calling the number and sending an email and I have not had anyone get back to me. At this point I just want my money back

Walmart is helping this company by selling it in their store allowing them to keep the customers money never trust true network they told me they were sending me a refund and never sent it now I have to waste more time. Hop on the phone and call them back. Walmart is helping them steal.
