Bought for my son for his 14th birthday. He set it up his self. It is so much better than the last one he had. Its faster, more storage, more plug ins, and much more more. He loves it!
PC crashed after about 2 weeks of pretty minimal use. The disk is fully dead-- can't even enter recovery. Most taxing thing I did was play Skyrim with a mod. In the BIOS while troubleshooting the crash, it also appears that they sent an HDD, not SSD as advertised.
Got it with pess broken and laying it side ...and win not buy this a gen will just go get a HP like I should have got... stay a way from this company just get a HP...
Already giving my daughter issues.
Slow, The lights died within 2 days. Wouldn't boot when i added new Ram to it. It works for its price range,
