Double Duty
I was introduced to it by my niece as a salad dressing. I love ed it so much I ordered it. I used it in a balsamic chicken recipe wand it made it more flavorful than just regular balsamic vinegar. I believe it's the fig flavor that enhances the taste

On the sweet side and unique. The thickness is a drawback for serving right out of the bottle. I would buy again.

Stonewall Kitchens Balsamic Fig Dressing is my absolute favorite salad dressing across all brands. I always have a bottle in my refrigerator and a spare in my pantry. They can't keep it on the shelf in my local boutique market. That's how popular it is!

I use this dressing on an arugula, chopped walnuts, fresh (or dried) sliced figs, and blue cheese salad. It doesn't get much better.
