I love this. It, literally, stops my pain almost instantly, and my pain doesn't return for sometime. I have used it on my hands, arm, neck, lower back, leg, and knee. Even without adding more I don't have pain for months. I tell everyone about this brand. I've tried others per family and friends recommendations, but this is the only brand that works for me and for months and months. I hope it works as well for you.
