MUST USE!
If your auto has a direct injection engine, you need to use this product every 20k miles to keep the carbon build-up at bay. I used this on my 2017 Silverado 5.3 Vortec at 140k miles and it cured the rough idle and added 2.0 MPG!!! I wish I knew about this product much sooner. Super easy to use and highly recommended!

Powerful yet easy-to-use system
For my direct injection truck, STP Pro Series Intake Cleaner is a maintenance must-have. Direct injection engines notoriously build carbon on intake valves, leading to rough idle, power loss, and poor fuel economy. I use it every 10,000-mile oil change. The process is simple: * Prep: Warm engine, turn off, ensure ventilation and safety gear. * Access: Expose throttle body by loosening air intake boot. * Connect: Hang the cleaner's hose from the hood, insert past the throttle plate, and re-secure the boot. * Apply: Turn the cleaner to "on." Start engine, hold 2-3 times idle RPMs for 9 minutes while it dispenses. * Post-Clean: Turn off, remove hose, reattach boot. Drive for 10-15 minutes to clear residue. I consistently notice smoother idle and better acceleration after each treatment. It proactively prevents more costly carbon cleaning. For ease of use and tangible benefits, STP Pro Series is a reliable choice for direct injection engine care.

Must get for GDI engines
If you have a GDI engine with some miles I highly recommend this product. This product made a good improvement in my Ecoboost Explorer.

Exceeded all expectations
Worked perfectly! Very easy to use. Great instructions. My Kia Souls now acts like a new car. This product increased the mileage and acceleration rate. Will buy again.

Worked for me
Took care of idling hiccups when stopped at traffic lights. Hooked it up to air hose pre-turbo but POST-MAF sensor. Car runs great now.
