The StraightTalk Platinum 'Unlimited' card is a relative good value. You need to be careful of the delivery mode here. I had a previous Gold card plan that limits you to 30Gb of hotspot for the month. I had used that up and needed a refill, unfortunetly the pin was delivered to my e-mail account and I can only access my e-mail through my PC ... which requires me to have a hotspot connection which I had already used up. So, catch 22. Ended up going thru the StraightTalk app to get another card and will use this Walmart ordered card next month.

disliked- the email came with a spam warning so didn't click on it !!...after 2 days of not seeing any Walmart follow up, I decided to "risk it all" and click on the spam. Voila, the 2nd page of the text revealed the ecard and the pin !!..No thanks to Walmart !! you cannot make this up Btw, I'm still waiting for my Tablet order to arrive due on 12/2... FedEx is to deliver it. FedEx wrongly delivers to my neighbors house...UPS, USPS No problem. My 50% off Walmart has been a disappointment so far.

I ordered a $65 straight talk card off the Walmart app. with the e-pin option. Upon receiving the e-pin number, I called Straight Talk and went through the prompts four times which cut me off before I could finish putting in my number. I was directed to an associate which had me to give her the e-pin number. Upon doing so, she tells me that the e-pin I have given her is for a $35 card not a $65. She informs me to go to the electronics department at any Walmart and they would assist me. I went to a Walmart 15 miles from my house to be told my a Walmart employee that I would have to contact Walmart on line, but never offered a phone number or anything to help me contact anyone. My phone runs out this evening and I'm thinking of trying someone else.

I placed the order and requested for it to go directly to the phone and I never received the mins for the $65 dollar mins that I purchased. I tried to contact customer service online and got nothing but the run arounds and now I am out $68.90 for mins that I never received.
