This Phone Is Awesome, It's Brand New & It Hasn't Gave Me Any Problems; I Would Definitely Recommend For People Who Don't Like Huge Phone Like Myself!
Bought this phone for my mom. First off, it came a day early. It was easy to activate with straight talk and there was a smooth transfer from her old phone to this phone. Great price considering I paid 699 for mine and it’s only 399 now… Anywho yes she’s satisfied.
after ordering without reading all the bad reviews i was nervous id have the same bad experience but the phone was really easy to activate with the fact i never had a straight talk phone or account, it came in perfect condition im very happy with my new phone .
The sim card did not come with the phone. I purchased a sim card from the store and the call center is giving little to no help with activating the new sim card. The phone did not fully come equipped with all that was needed to activate the phone. Its passed 14 days so I can't return the phone.
We purchased two phones for Christmas during Black Friday sale . On Christmas we were able to activate one no problem. Sent the entire day trying to get the other one activated still not completed they are saying it’s linked to someone else account. If the phone is new how could this be! One happy kid and one that got disappointed
Not worth the time and effort, don't get me wrong the iPhone 11 worked great, everything was fast and snappy even for a 2019 flagship! But the customer support at Straight Talk is a joke, not only did they mess up my device activation, but also locked me out of my own Straight Talk Account after I got up to their corporate office about the activation not working. they changed the pin on my account and made it so I couldn't even change it. Making it the phone not usable as a phone but a glorified iPod Touch, I ended up returning the device and losing out on the money spent on the service plan. If you want an iPhone 11, get it with a different carrier or buy a carrier unlocked variant, as this is not worth the time to even get the phone usable on Straight Talks network.
Ordered the phone and tried activating it and it would not work. I was told by straight talk that it was because it was not properly scanned out so they could not activate it. I returned to Walmart and they said they could not process the refund and I would have to contact Walmart support. They also kept the phone and would not let me keep it. It’s been 2 months now, and still no refund and no phone. It’s pathetic. Do not buy phones from them or expect their customer service to do anything to help.
StraightTalk is impossible to work with online and via the customer service number. Their customer service is horrible and prices change often. I still have not been unable to unlock the phone. I’ve spent hours on the phone with them trying to resolve the issue. I get transferred from one department to the next with no resolution. I’m stuck with a new phone I cannot use or return. Do not purchase!
The phone that was delivered was not activated for straight talk. Walmart requires a Verizon employee to be on premises to sell and activate straight talk phones now. So I did not get what I paid for. So I switched to AT%26T as a carrier and we love it. Keep it up Walmart - lousy customer service- and Target will have all my business
Terrible and upsetting Although my phone came in perfect condition it was advertised as a straight talk phone and locked to straight talk which is what we needed, I was on the phone for a very long time trying to figure out why this phone wasn’t working only to find out after two hours that the Sim card was for total by Verizon which isn’t compatible with straight talk So then why was the phone advertised as straight talk if it was actually total by Verizon
