I take this product when I am having difficulty falling asleep and it seems to work in a short period of time. My husband will sometimes take it as well and he says it is very effective for him also. Quality sleep is so important in our health and well being, cannot not be stressed enough how it affects our lives when we are sleep deprived.

This stuff WORKS! It suggests chewing 2 but I can't handle that much so just 1 for me and I am out like light in 30 minutes or less usually.
