Taste awesome on any cut of pork, you don't need to super coat the meat, just enough to cover each piece as it can get a bit salty with too much, the flavor is yummy

It's easy to use except it's missing the usual plastic bag that comes in other brands mixes. That's ok, less waste, we just used a Tupperware container to help coat pork chops evenly. I usually cook the same meats each week and the same seasoning. So a lot of times it making meals become boring. So from time to try I look out for different seasoning to give them a try. I purchased Stubb's Pork Seasoned Coating Mix. I like that this allows me to cook my pork chops in the oven and still gives it a bit of a crust like it was fried so it's a bit healthier. The flavor was a little smokey and not too salty to me. It was good, I would try another flavor blend from this brand.

There is more than enough for 3 to 4 pork chops. Overall flavor os good it is a little salty for my taste. I followed the instructions to use bbq sauce. I used an air fryer but the coating was mushy in the end I'm assuming because of the grease from the meat. I also used it on onion rings with an egg wash. The salty flavor came out more o. The onions but got crispier.

I used 4 thick pork chops and coated them generously. The coating could have definitely coated 2 more chops. I coated them in water first and then the coating. The coating got moist in the oven and stuck a little to the pan even after spraying the foil but all the coating stayed on. My family described taste as smoky but nicely seasoned. We would definitely buy it to use again. Maybe try in the air fryer next time!
