Works fast and lasts
I've used this product for years and still can't find a reason to resort to anything else.my family uses it also. One of the main reasons I like it is because it works for multiple symptoms, therefore I don't need multiple medicines. And most importantly there are no side effects and also is not addictive. The product is great.

Life Saver
Sudafed PE Pressure +Pain+Cold was a life saver (figuratively). I was struggling hard at work to be the positive sales woman but just couldn't get the pressure in my head to stop. But my co-worker suggested Sudafed PE Pressure +Pain+Cold and it worked a miracle. Completely drained my headache! Made the pressure stop and allowed me to finish my work day and get a restful night's sleep.

Great sinus medicine
Sinus issues have made it to our house. We all have been taking this Sudafed to help with pain and pressure. It does seem to make you thirsty, so be sure to keep the fluids going. I feel a difference within an hour or so with drainage. Very satisfied with the results.

Works exceptionally good
I was so congested with a seriously horrible head cold and this cleared things up so fast made everything feel so much better. I can't say enough how great this product is!

So affordable and works
Sudafed PE Pressure+Pain+Cold helps relieve so much pressure from your sinuses and helps with your headaches as well. There is not a smell which I very much appreciate.

This product truly works. Also has great features
It really does work getting the comgestion out and stuffy nose .. would highly recommend. Inalways take take this when i het sick and in two days im better

Amazing!
Finally found a medicine that takes care of all my nasal & sinus symptoms. I only have to take one Sudefed PE compared to other medicines were I have to take 2 or more pills in order to help with all my other symptoms-headache,cough,sinus pressure etc...

never received because I had emergency surgery on my neck and spine and spine and redo of crushed ankle. been in 2 hospitals and 1 physical rehab since May of 2026
