Great griddle! Yes it runs hot so I use an infrared thermometer to check the temperature and when it gets around 3-400 degrees I put the oil and food on. Flame always on low Super easy to clean and you don't have to season it. Convenient grease catcher

The last few grills and griddles that I have purchased have been disappointing in that they all were lower heat than I like, despite having decent BTU specs. This griddle is HOT, cook on medium to low. It is great, I can have the high heat when I want it. It is so hot the griddle warped on my first use, I just kept cooking what I had on it (lowered the temp though) and it went back to the original shape as I cooked, no harm. Since then its been great. I like the surface as well, it is way easier to care for than blackstone. The others seemed to be ok, this one is great.

I have used this griddle 8x since purchase. Griddle cooks well on low heat. We have cooked eggs, bacon, smash burgers, brussel sprouts and fish everything turned out good.

Excellent equipment. My wife loves the pork chops I fixed . Much more practical than a grill with open flames. And extremely easy to clean after use. Love it!

Best grill around my 2nd purchase works best with lid up cooks 26 1/4 lb burgers done in 10 mins.

I enjoy using it to make shrimp fried rice. It is big enough for all the ingredients. Great for hash browns!

I haven't used it yet but it arrived just fine put together everything works I'm very happy with my purchase

After 3 uses the porcelain coating completely burned off the cooking surface leaving it burned and almost unusable. I always turned the burners to low, but even that was too hot to cook on most of the time.

When heating for the first time the griddle portion of the grill twisted. The grill top is now bent and is not a flat grilling surface.
