Sunbeam is a time honored and tested name in excellent products. The Sunbeam heating pad is luxuriously soft and generously sized providing warm, soothing relief to aching backs everywhere! I am impressed with its 4 heat settings and quick heat up to comfort you! It just doesn't get any better than this! Love it!
The large size was perfect for the shoulder, covering both front and back of the shoulder. The heating pad is extremely comfortable. The various settings are easily changed - a wonderful warmth adjustable to the ache and weather. The automatic shutoff is a major safety feature and reassuring. I highly recommend the Sunbeam Heating Pad.
I had my first one for 2 years until it shorted out, so I got this one. I love the product, it does get super hot. however when I received this one (through delivery) the box was open, and instructions were gone. still happy to have another one. hopefully it doesn't short out
Nice dry heat heating pad. The cord is bulky but it is removable for storage. I don't know how many times it will hold up to being taken apart so I'm not using that feature - the plastic clips that hold it in place seem a little delicate. Heat control is nice- click to get low medium high and has automatic shut off which is a good feature. Fabric is soft
Not the best unfortunately. I was in a pinch and Walmart got it to me within 2 days which is fantastic ! But, it doesn't nearly heat up as much as the other brand that I had that broke. I'm going to have to reorder that one and spend double the money. Oh well, it is what it is. It works well, it just doesn't get hot enough for me to actually consider it heat therapy on my back.
Even when completely shut off, after a while a red light indicator is on and requires another shut down or I will unplug for safety reasons. The cord is very stiff. These heaters usually don't have a long life therefore I expect to buy another since I use it morning and evening.
Well it is good while it lasts. This one didn't even last 6 months. I purchased a cheap plastic one a few years ago and it is still heating, but the plastic ones get all twisted and there is a burnt spot on it. The Sunbeam is great while it lasts but for the money I would expect it to last longer. This is the second one I ordered within a little over a year. The first one was Oct 01, 2023 Order%23 2000112-19683581 and it lasted just over 6 months. Disappointed.
This heating pad would not get hot, the highest setting only produced the lowest warmth. It is a very soft heating pad, but the roll up attachment adds a scratchy surface. I have neuropathy and use heating pads for my feet, with the scratchy addition and the low heat I returned this.
This thing doesn't get hot enough. I have to put the temperature setting on high to equal the heat level of my previous heating pad on it's lowest setting. Of course that heating pad was over 20 years old and died of old age. They just don't make them like they used to. If I had it to do over I would not buy this heating pad.
I have two of these. They both turn off. Then I unplug it, wait 20 minutes, plug I back in. Rarely lasts 2 hours. Very disappointed in Subeam as I have always purchased from them. I will be trashing these and finding another brand. So irritating.
