This sits really well on my shoulders and neck to help relieve any muscle soreness. My neck is too big for the magnetic closure but the shape and weight of the wrap is perfect.

This was bought as a gift for my wife and it was a hit! Relieves neck and shoulder discomfort.

Does well for heating in the neck area. One thing I dont like it doesnt have a removable cover for machine washing.

I've bought a total of 4 neck & shoulder heating pads in the last few months for family members who suffer with neck & shoulder pain. 3 of the 4 members of my family have had neck surgeries due to Degenerative Disc Disease. They LOVE how the heating pad fits around their neck & is weighted to give soothing relief to sore tight muscles! Our family LOVES this product!!!

Good fit for small people, would not work for large people.

This is the second wrap I have purchased. The first was on a shopping network but we're no longer available. My 93 year old mother lives with us and she has bad arthritis in a shoulder and Osteoporosis. Heat seems to give her the most relief. She is a short woman so this is perfect for her as it drapes over her shoulders and also goes down her back. When she lays down for a nap and does not want it over her shoulders, I can lay it flat on the bed for her. This is so much easier then trying to use the old, oblong heating pad or warming up a rice pack in the microwave half a dozen times a day. My first purchase was in the burgundy color, which I would have ordered again but it was not available. This blue one doess have somewhat of an odor I hope will go away.

It doesn't get very hot and needs to be unplugged to reset it constantly just to get the meager amount of heat that it will produce. Some genius decided that when people buy a heating pad they don't really want heat they want more of a fleeting warmth.

I bought this because I thought the heat would help my shoulder arthritis. Unfortunately the pad only heats up across the back and the up the back of the neck section but doesn’t heat up around the side and front sections. Even when I turn it up to the highest heat level the sides and front remain cool. Disappointing as I thought the entire pad would heat up.
