It's the best it stays where you put it and it's extremely helpful with the back pain. Infact I'm using it as I write this review! Stilling loving this purchase!

I've been using the pad to alleviate lower back pain and discomfort. Easy to put on, heats up quickly on all heat settings and the heat even on warm is therapeutic relief for my aching lower back. Great product!!!

This is a nice quality heating pad, but is a little awkward if you are on the lean side. The belt limits this from fitting tightly on me, it's a strange velcro belt combo. I might as well buy a cheaper heating pad and tie it around my waist.

I have used this at least a dozen times, and I am happy with it. I have chronic lower back pain, and this heating pad helps to alleviate it. The cord is long enough that I can walk within a 9' radius. I feel confident with my purchase, as Sunbeam offers a 5-year limited warranty.

I ordered this heating pad to use on my back. I found that ordinary heating pads were difficult to stay in one area and this one is designed to fit the curvature of the back, plus it has a velcro strip to keep it in place. Has the same settings as a regular heating pad.

I am keeping it because it is hard to find something that is not too hot and with a thick covering front and back. This one has a warm setting which is what I need for delicate skin. But the size is not right. It says 23 inches long but I'd say it's 20 inches. It would have been better if it was a bit more longer to cover more of the sides to the hips. And the strap is a great idea but I can't see this fitting big men without feeling strangled. And the regular belt - a piece on each side - doesn't extend that much which I find weird. With the extension piece it fits just right but I am not a big person. Surprised they designed it like this.

Barely luke warm. Wish I'd reviewed ratings before purchase. I have several Sunbeam heating pads that worked great. Neck wrap and regular pads. All with same control. This one is literally junk. Used once. If there was a zero for a review I'd have chosen that. No receipt as it was a gift I'd asked for.
