Ill fitting if you are lean.
This is a nice quality heating pad, but is a little awkward if you are on the lean side. The belt limits this from fitting tightly on me, it's a strange velcro belt combo. I might as well buy a cheaper heating pad and tie it around my waist.

The power cord does not last a year
I have purchased 5 of these over the last several years. Love the heating pad. The last few have not lasted a year. So if my current one breaks soon I will find an alternative.

Helps Lower Back Pain
I have used this at least a dozen times, and I am happy with it. I have chronic lower back pain, and this heating pad helps to alleviate it. The cord is long enough that I can walk within a 9' radius. I feel confident with my purchase, as Sunbeam offers a 5-year limited warranty.
