bulkier than I thought it would be as far as getting it into position since I'm older. But far superior to trying to wrap a heating pad around your neck! Good for heat to neck %26 shoulders. Surprised by how far up the neck wrap extends. Very happy with it. Warmer than I expected, have never used more than the lower settings because they are plenty warm.

I love this Sunbeam Neck Wrap heating pad! The gentle heat soaked into my tense neck muscles, completely relaxing them. My neck pain melted away. This weighted soft plush fabric wrap is easily set to a light heat or a more intense heat, depending on your wants and needs. The magnetic neck closure is easy to use and keeps everything in place for complete comfort while you wear it. The soft, plush fabric in a neutral gray is washable. (I haven't washed it yet) Love Love Love this wrap - can't imagine life now without it!

The heating pad is made of very soft velour material and is very well made. It comes with a long cord and it attached to the left side of the front. It is some what heavy due to the roll along the entire outside of the pad being filled with weighted pellets - which helps it stay in place on the body. If a person was small or very thin this might be too much weight and be uncomfortable. I had one similar several years ago - the collar was not as high nor the back as long. This is a overall improvement - I love mine - I would recommend this product to anyone who has neck, shoulder and upper back pain, stiffness or muscle aches.

Purchased for my wife and she said it works very good to heat her shoulders, upper back and neck. She has had normal rectangle heating pads and she could not get all of this area at one time so this is a great improvement that gets the entire area at once reducing the time to heat where she has the most problem.

I like that its weighted and well made. Its one size fits most, so its a little large for me, but I find it very useful just the same. It has a detachable electric cord for ease of cleaning. I store it in my closet on a hanger. Very good product by a well known name, Sunbeam.

This is the only electric neck heating pad that actually wraps around my neck and stays there. I have permanent neck issues and need to keep heat on it. It is so nice not to keep getting up from watching TV to put my other kind in the microwave.

This works well and is very comfortable. Nothing else has been this effective at providing heat to both the neck and shoulder areas. For treating minor aches and pains it is excellent.

I really like this heating pad. It wraps around the neck and shoulders and actually heats the neck, which many do not do. Only draw back is I wish the back portion was longer. Otherwise, it does a fantastic job. Has a front automatic magnetic closure.

Doesn’t get hot enough. 4 levels and high feels like low. It was hot for a few mins, then cooled off and can’t get it hot again. Now I have to return it.

Even at highest setting you do not need to worry about getting burned. Not with this heating pad. I join hundreds of other reviewers across the internet in reporting that this item has insufficient warming capacity. Buy only if you have very sensitive skin. You won't be burned.
