I've had this same heating pad before and it lasted seemed like forever. I use it for my back. The connection finally started getting loose so I found another. I love the way it heats and the softness. Hoping this one lasts as long as my last one.

This heating pad is great. The shape makes a big difference compared to a standard flat pad because it actually sits where you need it and stays in place better. It heats up well, feels comfortable, and is easy to use. The size is good for targeted relief without being bulky. Overall, super solid and I'd definitely recommend it.

This is a wonderful heating pad as it's so soft, pliable, and has a good heating element. This is the 2nd one that I purchased as it's the heating pad my family members want to use, so I needed to buy another one.

Good heat output. This heat pad stays in place because of the beads inside. I like the smaller size - more easy to move around where i need it to be - bigger pads are cumbersome and difficult to move. The 14" × 14" size works great for me.

Replacing a very old one, 10 years, new one is same quality. Cover is soft and comfortable. Pad easily conforms to body. Heat settings provide 3 options.

He comes home with muscle pains. The ComformHeat Heating Pad helps "blanket" where he needs the pain. Unlike those gel/foam heating pads that we grew up with, this heating pad doesn't fold weird, get overly hot, etc. It's perfect for putting it exactly where you need to without worrying. I've been using it lately though since I've been having problems with my knees and I absolutely love it.

It's nice because it wraps around my arms and legs, lays nicely on my shoulders and neck while I'm sitting up, and can also lay on your head like a towel if you needed warmed up! It heats up pretty quick, but doesn't get too hot. The soft outside fleece material keeps you from getting burned, which is a nice feature. The cord also detaches for easy storage. It would be nice if it would get a little hotter, but that's just my personal preference. All in all it does the job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Sunbeam Conform Heat heating pad and I really like it. The weight surprised me but it was an added bonus. The weighted beads help it conform to your body. I used it in the living room will I work on my computer. It fit snuggly around my neck and shoulder. I didn't have to keep rearranging it. I also used it on my knee. You should high light that more on your box! The only thing I wasn't fond of was the control switch. Your should have two mediums instead of one. Also it didn't feel right in my hand. That is something I could live with though. I might add that it is very soft, my cat approved. She found it in no time when I set it down. Cats know comfort.

As other reviewers have noted, heating is inconsistent. For therapeutic use, it is good, but not great.

On the first day of use the lowest setting was comfortable but the pad cooled/stopped working after several minutes. I turned it off, checked that the cords were in place, turned it back on and still nothing on the lowest setting. Then I turned it up to the medium setting and the pad got too hot. The size, shape and weight of this heating pad were all perfect for me but if the heating doesn't work...
