This heating pad is great. The shape makes a big difference compared to a standard flat pad because it actually sits where you need it and stays in place better. It heats up well, feels comfortable, and is easy to use. The size is good for targeted relief without being bulky. Overall, super solid and I'd definitely recommend it.

I've had this same heating pad before and it lasted seemed like forever. I use it for my back. The connection finally started getting loose so I found another. I love the way it heats and the softness. Hoping this one lasts as long as my last one.

This is a wonderful heating pad as it's so soft, pliable, and has a good heating element. This is the 2nd one that I purchased as it's the heating pad my family members want to use, so I needed to buy another one.

Replacing a very old one, 10 years, new one is same quality. Cover is soft and comfortable. Pad easily conforms to body. Heat settings provide 3 options.

Good heat output. This heat pad stays in place because of the beads inside. I like the smaller size - more easy to move around where i need it to be - bigger pads are cumbersome and difficult to move. The 14" × 14" size works great for me.

This heating pad is so soft and perfect for knees and shoulders and actually any part of the body. It's very flexible so it stays on very well.

As other reviewers have noted, heating is inconsistent. For therapeutic use, it is good, but not great.

The cord always comes out of the heating pad. Very bad design. There is a very tiny little stub on the plug but with the movement of a person, the plug detaches very easily

For the high price I expected not only premium heat and weight but also expected performance. It has the right heat and weight I need, but Unfortunately from out of the box the power connector never snapped into a locking position. Every time I slightly adjust, the power connector slips right out. Then I lose heat, have to get up while in severe pain to reconnect and then restart the heat all over again. It makes me cry it's so frustrating to happen over and over while in use. I have contacted the seller asking what the options are to make this right because it is beyond disappointing that I paid so much for a malfunctioning product. I hope to hear back from them today with options. If it weren't for this it would be 5 star and recommending to my Endo groups.
