This was a gift for one of my sisters. She loved the color, says it matches the decor in her livingroom. Keeping her warm and toasty. Great price, quality is good.
Comfy with heat or without. Bought one for mom and she loves it too!
I have diabetes I get chilled easy. Just briefs on no shirt I was comfortable and almost fall asleep immediately. You don't like the three hour shut off and I would wish to bypass it in a way that I could shut it off in say 6 hours instead of 3 everybody sleeps more than 3 hours.
I love this throw. I am in a room with no heat, so having this on the rare times it gets cold in Florida, it's great. It is a little heavy, and you can feel the cords within the blanket, but most of them are made that way. Sunbeam is a brand that has been around for years, and this blanket stands up to it's name. The only negative I have to say is about the product description, under more info it says it will fit a king size bed, I don't think this throw is quite that big.
The throw is well made and heats beautifully. The 3 hour auto shut off is quite annoying though and cannot be changed. I use it throughout the day and have to turn it back on at least 3x during the day. I get that it's a safety feature but 3 hours is just too short. Full size blankets have 10 hour auto shut offs, so why not this as well?
it nice cozy and warm but don't think your gonna keep your feet warm cause the cord that plugs into the blanket to the control itself is not long enough to keep it by your side for temperature control for it to do that it pulls the end of the blanket around and your feet feel the cold air i wish someone had posted about this before i bought it struggled with my cripple hands to get out and flat and hooked up
Nice heated throw; very soft and heats well (though the controller light started blinking once which was resolved by unpluggling/replugging). Only complaint so far after 2 day''s use is the cord from the blanket to the controller is too short and gets in the way, especially when trying to use the foot pocket. A better design would be to have the electrical connection on the side of the blanket instead of the bottom.
Soft with nice little foot pockets, but don't expect anything beyond that. On high it barely warms up. End up tossing a second throw on or turning thermostat up in the house. I certainly don't remember Sunbeam being this bad, but it will be the last one I buy. Ordered another brand today.
I received this for Christmas 2020. I used it a few times early 2021, and pulled it back out to use this winter. I got a few uses out of it and then disconnected the cord to wash it. I followed the washing instructions but it hasn't worked since. Now the light on the cord just flashes and it won't warm. I have followed the reset instructions over a dozen times, and it still doesn't work. Bummer.
I loved this blanket for the first 6 months we were in shut down then my blanket decided to shutdown it was winter I wasn't happy no way to return it I was stuck with a beautiful blanket that wouldn't heat now we are getting colder again I still don't have a blanket what a shame my daughters blanket is same brand but cheaper still going strong why did my blanket break more money less time working!
