Suncast 22 Gallon Outdoor Resin Wicker Deck Storage Box with Seat, Java Brown

Ordered the 22 GAL SUNCAST Deck Storage Box to compliment our SUNCAST porch rocker pair. We wanted a side table that could accommodate a cold beverage, sunglasses, and a book. Most importantly, we wanted something that we could use as extra seating, as well as a place that we could safely store our 19x19" chair cushions, keeping them dry and free from damaging sunlight. As for looks, this SUNCAST box did not disappoint. It is quite handsome and went together effortlessly; 5 mins max! Albeit not a "true black", the color appears to be more of a deep charcoal gray. Nevertheless, it is aesthetically pleasing and has thus far kept our stowed items dry (although we have to divulge that IT IS positioned UNDERNEATH our shallow covered porch). We appreciate the three "lipped" edges that help contain items. The hinges seem to work well, although we are gentle when using them. After assembling, we did notice that the front panel bows out just a wee bit, but is of no major concern to us. While this box does appear quite sturdy, we have not yet had cause to utilize it as "seating". Should we discover that it does not hold up well for that purpose, we will amend this review.

Very easy to put together. Works perfectly for my pool towels. It holds a lot, I laid them flat and rolled them up to fit about 15 towels.

I bought this to store my gardening things in. And no sooner had I got it together ( it just snaps together)and put my gardening things in it (which I put it next to the house) did we have a bad storm to come through that night and next day. It kept everything inside it very dry. I am very happy with it!

I purchased this to put out by the pool for storage and extra seating. It is bigger than it looks in the picture and holds a lot of stuff. It's sturdy & will easily hold the average adult. It was super easy to assemble using the instructions and took only 5-10 minutes to put together. My 8 year old daughter & I did it by ourselves. Well worth the money! I loved it so much I ordered another one! FYI - It was out of stock on WM.com so I had to order it from MarketPlace and it was still free shipping.

It arrived on time! well made heavy plastic and very easy to put together! Color was as described. The size is just what i needed. It is study enough for my 230 6'4 husband to sit on :) I am considering additional items from this manufacture for our pool deck/screened area.

This product is as described on the website and will work perfectly for four seat cushions and two throw pillows for the deck furniture. Lid appears to be watertight with a latch of the same material as long as box is not overfilled. Other Suncast products I've purchased have continued to perform for years (Autowind Hose caddy, garden tool rack for garage wall, and full size larger deck box) and this box likely will also. I don't see a decrease in quality from Suncast purchases up to fifteen years ago either. The only possible feature that could improve this deck box is a lid with a hinge that stays up when one opens it to its fullest extension. But for less than thirty dollars, it is still an great value. I would buy this exact product if I had a similar purpose for it. Instructions were clear for assembly.

I use this as outside storage on my front porch to keep things from getting wet. I also added a hasp and lock to it to keep things even more secure (pictured). Very easy to put together *make sure to follow directions because me being the non-direction follower I am...... I put all of it together before realizing I forgot the bottom piece ...and it was a struggle getting that piece in. I am not a heavy duty user of this, really only use it to place a few things in other than that it just sits there. No problems with shipping as I did ship to store and it was available before the expected date of delivery.

I used this deck box to make a package delivery box. It's a good size and will hold even a large banker's box in it, it any USPS priority mail one with room to spare. I attached a metal sign that asks delivery services to please place in the box by screwing it in with screws and some nuts. It came out great, and my packages are nice and dry now protected from the rain. It also leaves less temptation right out on the porch.

Priced a bit lower than some other solutions, these molded, plastic panels easily assemble for a somewhat sturdy storage solution. Clean lines offer neat appearance with modest storage space and an extra seat for average sized adult.

This little box fit my needs perfectly to hold my rock salt and winter weather items nicely plus keeping them out if vie in the hallway. Bonus a nice little seat to put on or take off my boots
