This is a great back machine that is cheap and effective. I was looking at other ones, but this one is perfect and doesn't break the bank. It is also great for small spaces as it can be folded and pack away when not in use. I would buy it again!

This item works sufficiently with some modifications. I'm 5 ft 2 and it's nearly too big for me at its lowest setting. I have to wear very thick sole shoes and use some weights to stand on to increase the height so the pad will hit at the correct point for glutes .it seems sufficiently sturdy but keep in mind I weigh 105 lbs it was simple to put together and does not wobble or move so it seems quite sturdy. I might recommend this to someone 5”4 and up as you will need to adjust the height if you're using it for glutes. It may be adequate if using for back extension however I am using this for glutes and hamstrings

Fairly sturdy and strong for the price. Foot area does need shoes to exercise properly. Overall, it serves the pupose and nearly as good as the equipment at the gym. Folding feature good for moving around and storage.

Leans forward way too much, too awkward to get a good back extension in. Also I'm short and this was way too tall for me on the shortest setting, I had to be on my tip toes
