Easy to assemble, and sturdy. The only issue I had, after putting the curl bar with weights, the bench was off balance and easily could tip forward. Needs a weighted seat to keep it from tipping.

I purchased this bench because of the small footprint. I have limited space. However, the trade-off for the smaller footprint is the "tripod" construction. This bench lacks the legs that give support under the seat. It can tip if you are not careful. This bench is good for home use. It would be great with the leg stabilization under the seat.

This was exactly what my husband was looking for and the price made it a must have. Glad to have made the purchase, sturdy and durable thus far.

when you sit down on it, make sure you have the barbell w weights on the bench otherwise you will or cn fall to the left or right which could be hazardous if your on concrete. But once your sitting with barbell ready then its works fine and serves it purpose very well. Bottom line , just be cautious when using it.

Upper pad where your elbow sit is to small. My elbows keep slipping off.

I had to go to Lowes to replace the bolts provided to connect the front to the rest of the assembly. It is not sturdy. It is also small, even for my 12 year old. The preacher curl portion of it is so small I cannot use both of my arms on it and have regulated it to my child.

The post that holds the armrest is bent. Terrible quality control from the factory. 😡
