First, I'm 5'8 and weigh 185lbs. After a week of using this rack I can honestly say that this is a solid rack. There is no weird movement with heavy squats, dips, pullups, push presses or anything. This is by far the best rack I've bought and almost feels like real gym quality. If you're looking for a great heavy duty equipment, then check out this rack here! I highly recommend it!

A lot of good features with this rack! It's sturdy and feels safe with me lifting at 300. Love that the pull up bars are textured so it's comfortable to hold onto and prevents my hand from slipping while working out. I am very happy with this rack and definitely recommend.

I recently purchased the lat pulldown attachment for my power rack. It's the piece I've been missing. The assembly was easy even for me and I'm not good at it. It's smooth and the variety of exercises are awesome. It's well worth the price and that's not bad at all. Great addition.

After buying this system I was able to get rid of my bulky home gym. I can actually progressively overload with free weights where I couldn't with my machine since it had 10 to 20lb jumps every setting. Everything is in one place. This was a great investment for space and functionality. The mechanics work smoothly and I don't regret a thing.

The rack is very sturdy and is just what I was looking for. Assembly was easy with each step having its hardware separately, including 2 wrenches. I had left my socket set at my son's house, so it could have been easier with socket wrench. Used a belt to hold up one side of pull-up bar while starting a bolt on the other.

Not a bad rack for the price. Gave it three stars because it's not as sturdy as I'd like and my rack came with out the 18 number coding on the arms. Walmart was amazing with offering a new rack and picking up the first one.

Just put my rack together looks good. Except for a damaged j hook. I can not find any extra j hoooks to fit the small holes . also there is no way to buy parts or attachments for this rack. Hulkfit may have been a better option for a rack. If the rack had spare parts/accessories it would be a 4 or 5
