I don't know about you, but I am tired of everyone asking for a review. I went to the dentist 3 times one month and they asked me for a review each time. How many ways can I say I was satisfied with an appointment?! Well, Sunny NEVER asked me for a review but I feel compelled to write one, and there are not enough ways for me to express how PLEASED I am with the Row-N-Ride. For one, it is very sturdy -- I did not expect it to feel so safe and substantial. I have it on carpet so sliding is not an issue. It keeps track of the number of reps, calories burned, and elapsed time and will save that info for days until I press the ‘big red button' to reset everything to zero. I play my favorite song-of-the-moment while using it and now know how many reps I can expect per play. After watching some of the videos, I learned how many different muscles you can target for development. I originally purchased it just for thighs and glutes. I had planned to put it in a corner of the bedroom but decided to keep it in the living room for a while because it is fun and I want to use it more than I ever expected. I've had it for a few weeks and still feel the same way. I just LOVE this ‘squat bike!'

I love the Row and Ride! It is the perfect size for my space and has helped with my posture after just a couple uses. It is the best exercise equipment I have purchased to hit every muscle group that I need worked out.

This is a beautiful workout machine very sturdy. . . The only issue is the pedals are a thick plastic and might not last as long as the other parts. . . The machine is very effective on working arms and legs (not feeling it with the buttocks or back, yet). . . I may just need to give it more time. . .

I just started using my row and squat equipment. When I see results ,I'll be thrilled with it. Not sure how long it will take. I do like the ease of using I it. Thank you

Absolutely did not feel safe on this equipment. The seat is only 7 inches wide. I'm a small woman 103 pounds. I just could not find any settings with the seat or the handlebars that worked for my body. Perhaps it's because I have a hip replacement and could not achieve the squat position without pain. I literally tried it twice and gave up -too expensive to return it to California, so I donated it. Think before purchasing this. I should have known at this price it would be flimsy.
