Very nice exercise bike. Very sturdy and smooth. Very nice easy to understand instructions. Simple and easy to put together. All the parts went together nicely. If you are in the market for an exercise bike, you should check this one out.

It was everything I hoped it would be. I had open heart surgery 11 years ago. A treadmill was to hard on my knees but this produce helps me build muscle strength in my knees, ankles, and arms.

The product itself is solid, however, the one we received was clearly used. Parts of the body were cracked, components seemed twisted, and it had definitely been tampered with.

A review? bolts arrived cross-threaded like someone else had it first and didn't have know how to put together and sent back to be someone's problem. it arrived late, and beat up. for the price it was packaged like a thrown together reject someone else had amd it got sent out without a good check over. not to mention a big Crack like it had been feverishly kicked to cave in plastic case over gears. Broken and in crappy shape is what I received.

It worked properly for less than 3 months of daily use.. One morning I was using my bike and noticed that there were changes in resistance when pedaling for no reason, later that day I saw metal shavings on my floor. The wheel bearing had worn in less than 3 months. I don't understand how it wore out so fast. I returned this product to Walmart and got a full refund.

I am 5'7", and the maximum seat height didn't extend my legs. I had to add 5" with tied-on towels. Also, the resistance didn't work. I twisted the knob 100 turns, and no change. The leg/arm workout provides little exercise since resistance can't be set. The instructions for set up could have been easy, but were complicated to follow.

The item was damaged in shipping, the covers were damaged. All I got was a run around from customer service about ordering through Amazon, which I didn't. So I assembled it as is with the broken parts. The instruction manual is hard to read, illustrations are blurry at best.

Bike impossible to get out of box. Had to rip box. Once out, found bike base cracked. Once put together, pedals would not stay on. The holes were stripped. Put in to return it. Took put together bike back to Walmart because the box was all ripped up. Walmart refused to take it unless it was all taken apart and put back in the box. I even bought the extended warranty when I purchased this hunk of junk! Will call corporate and complain. Walmart lost my business. Sunny Health

I finally open the box to assemble this bike because I want to start using it and the seat is missing. Companies should have better checkpoints when shipping products to customers. Customers already waited for items to arrive and should not have to wait again because parts are missing. Disappointed customer.

The bike is a great bike.The pedals strap broke,I don't know how to fix it I guess I waste my money on this bike.The straps broke with my grandson riding it he weight about 100 pound.The would love to return it, I though the box away.
