This really helps ease my neck pain, and relaxes it enough for me to sleep. I have been using it every night to help with my neck pain. It stays hot for awhile and seems like moist heat and I like the lavender smell. I just feels good around.

I really love this hot/cold pack. The previous one I owned would wad up into one big lump after it was heated and it was a horror to flatten back out. This one has stitch lines dividing the gel into long pockets so that when it's heated it stays in place. It stays flat and doesn't wad up and I love that. It also helps my lower back pain a great deal. It's versatile so that you can use it on your neck, shoulder, back and other areas. I would definitely purchase again and highly recommend.

just the right size, wraps around my head, or neck, across shoulders. I use it a lot. Love the beautiful purple color also.

This is third bought, I have one others for family. Just Do Not Over Microwave Heating, will burn some seeds. Stinks really bad, had to put mine in closed plastic bag put in closet for weeks. When took back out all OK. My microwave is not high power, put it back in when it was colling down-- NOPE WRONG. let IT COMPLETE COOL, BEFORE RE -HEATING. Love mine! Very soft cover!

Absolutely fantastic for stiff neck and tension. Unlike a heating pad, if you doze off, there's no danger. Soft and cuddly, but large enough to cover the sore area.

I think the heating pad is great. I just wish it would get just a little bit hotter. It's very versatile. You can move it from your shoulder to your neck yeah how do you say that? Yes, she don't want to get. I mean they could push to get somebody over here on them too, but they don't wanna take.

My wife loves the scent and the comfort fit around her neck and shoulders. She is disappointed about how it does not get exceptionally warm.
