Sunsweet Plum Smart Light Juice, 48 Fl. Oz.

My dad drinks a lot of this. At 93 years old, he must be doing something right. I like the convenience of online shopping and it is delivered to his house, which saves my back from the strain of buying from the store. He dinks about 4 bottles of plum smart per week.

I ordered a case of this juice because my local WM Neighborhood market kept running out. I take 8 oz of Prun juice followed by 8 oz of the Plum Smart juice and within 2 hours I'm totally cleaned out. This has been a real life changer for me. I highly recommend it for those who suffer with IBS-C.

I like drinking this juice because I feel it aids in digestion. I don't like real sweet juices and this juice has the right sweetness without being too sweet.

I've been trying everything for years to deal with chronic constipation. I now drink 8oz of prune juice and 8oz of this plum smart. Within two hours I'm usually cleaned out for the day. I hope they never stop making it. It's made a huge difference in my life.

I have had problems with chronic constipation as a side effect of medications I take. I have tried many different approaches including probiotics, fiber capsules and milk of magnesia . Plumsmart is a light drink that can be taken cold or warm, with meals or by itself. It works as well as, or better than prune juice which is heavy on calories and a bit dense for my taste. I have only been drinking Plumsmart for a few weeks and for that reason I gave it 4 stars because I need more time to determine if it's a long-term solution. In any case, it's a good-tasting, light beverage with nutritional value.

My giving 2 stars has nothing to do with the taste of the product.. I havent opened them yet.. I ordered 2 bottles of Plum Smart Light... received them as promised.. my only issue is that the best buy date is 3/23/2026.. I'm doubtful that I am going to comsume all of that juice by the date. It would have been nice if the best buy date was farther out into the year. Thanks.
