It's marine grease and it's a good price

Recently I ordered from Walmart, on line, a 14oz tube of boat trailer bearing grease. It was delivered pretty much on schedule as expected. It was however shipped in a flexible plastic mailer envelope. That was a mistake. The cardboard tube of grease was smashed on the end during shipping and grease was oozing out inside of the plastic bag it was in. It was kind of a mess which could have been prevented if the tube of grease had been shipped in a more firm shipping container such as a box. A flexible plastic shipping envelope is not nearly strong enough. Second thing about this order is that I thought I was ordering blue boat trailer grease. It was advertised as boat trailer grease and the color designation printed on the grease tube says blue but the grease is a green color and no way as thick and tacky as previous blue grease tubes that I have purchased from Walmart and others. This stuff has a very oily texture. It's not the same grease. The product must have had a manufacturing change as I noticed the actual name on the tube is Trailer and Equipment grease. It's not what I wanted and it should have been more accurately advertised on the web page. Very disappointing. I am going to salvage this tube of grease and use it for other purposes other than my boat trailer bearings. I probably won't order this again which is a shame because I purchase all my motor oil and filters from Walmart as well as many other related products. I hope Walmart switches back to the true blue grease for boat trailer bearings. Other than this one incident I have generally been very satisfied with my on-line orders from Walmart and will continue to order from them as I need. Thanks.

Probably would have been ok if I got one that wasn't all smashed. Won't fit in my caulking gun

The grease is messy and very thin with combined colours of grey and black. It is rather to look for other brands. Thankfully, Walmart staff were very professional and understanding.
