Methyl folate is most important when it comes to low folate levels and the gene that people talk about - regular B vitamins won't absorb as well .. I have celiac and genetic issues. My folate levels went from 4 to over 200 with this!!!!

The supplement regimen I follow suggests this type of B12 and those that dissolves under the tongue is most affective. I'm so glad iherb carries this brand. Cheaper here than when I bought it at a store.

Pleasant taste and affective at b12 transport

I am generally very enthusiastic about this company's products, but felt that this one is a bit of a letdown, due to the completely unnecessary addition of Stevia. This is apparently a more natural version of folic acid, but I fear I'd never find out of its potency,effect on metabolism or nervous system, or other benefits, as I doubt I'd be finishing the package.

I have not begun taking this supplement yet, so I can not accurately rate it. when I do take it, I won't know its effectiveness until I get lab report.
