Methyl folate is most important when it comes to low folate levels and the gene that people talk about - regular B vitamins won't absorb as well .. I have celiac and genetic issues. My folate levels went from 4 to over 200 with this!!!!

This is a good dosage and ha high quality suplement.
Pleasant taste and affective at b12 transport
fast dissolving, tastes great, easy way to get your folate requirements. I have trouble swallowing pills so this is definitely the best choice for me
The size of the pill and it's quick dissolving ability is perfect for sublingual use. The only problem I have with this brand is the use of the alternative sweetener, Stevia. Although it is a natural sweetener, I just don't like the taste of it; after it's dissolved, I quickly drink something to flush out the taste. So I give it an A for how it works, and a C for flavor, hence the 4 stars.
I have not begun taking this supplement yet, so I can not accurately rate it. when I do take it, I won't know its effectiveness until I get lab report.
Taste is super sweet like aspartame, and I haven't felt much different after taking it...
Why does this product have to have a sweetener in it? It negates the usefulness of methylfolate.
