I love the fact that this is in sublingual form, because it goes straight to your bloodstream. It's quite tangy and it does take a couple of minutes to fully dissolve, but if you don't like that, then don't get a vitamin that you have to wait for it to dissolve. Also, it may not be 1,000 mg as other swallowable vitamins, but your body will also not absorb 1000 mg at once. Since Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin, you could take this twice a day. Timing wise, it's convenient to take this one, because if I need Vitamin C for iron absorption for a certain other supplement to be absorbed, the Vitamin C will be absorbed much quicker, thereby not requiring me to waaaait until I'm sure I digested and absorbed the Vitamin C before ingesting any other supplement. It's convenient.
