I used this to make a fermented milk product similar to yogurt. The first batch was similar texture to cottage cheese. I used some of the first batch as starter for my second batch which came out smooth and creamy. The taste and texture of the second batch is similar to Greek yogurt. I am using this as part of a SIBO treatment. It has had some positive effect when used in combination with other probiotics and diet changes. The capsules have a lot of good bacteria which multiplied well in half and half milk. I would buy this again.

After doing some research I learned that Lactobacillus Gasseri is reported to be beneficial for people with RA so I added it to my routine to boost immunity. Your gut is one of the most important locations to help fight chronic diseases so I wanted to make sure I'm doing everything I can. We'll see and stay tuned, I'll report when I finish my next bottle.

This was the 3rd component I needed for my probiotic treatment for SIBO. So happy I was able to find all 3 components at Walmart on-line.

This is great for my gut. It helps to keep inflammation down and to control my eating habits.

So far so good. I haven't taken them long enough to know full results. I'll update at a later time.

I like the capsule form and the price seems in line with similar products.

A great base for improving store bought yogurt and making my own cultures with this product.

Haven't noticed any changes for the better or worse since starting these 2 mo ago.
