Now Foods Brewer's Yeast 650 mg - 200 Tablets

Started taking one a day 2 days ago to help my milk supply and went from 12oz a day to 23 1/2 ounces. Everybody is different but I 10/10 recommend for a breastfeeding momma.

Mom uses Brewers yeast every day. There's something in it that helps her nerves from tingling or burning. Now Foods makes a great product. While checking the usual suspects, I found Walmart had the best price on this item. Mom is very happy to have a fresh supply. When Mom is happy, everyone is happy.

Helps with fleas along with other things.

These are high quality supplement. I've taken brewers since I was a kid. It improves my mood and energy. It is safe for dogs and cats it repels fleas. I use it every day for every human and critter in the house.

Good source of B vitamins

I am disappointed that I cannot buy the Puritans Pride brand of brewers yeast tablets. I trusted that it was good quality and value. This is all I can find now, but I am not really satisfied with it. I wish this company would bring back it's own brand of brewers yeast.

I am also not happy that I cannot buy the Puritan's Pride brand of brewer's yeast anymore. I trusted it and this is not a good value. There are other products which have been dropped that I used to order for many years. I am not a happy camper!

Product is fine but it took over a week to receive.
