If you want to take royal jelly in capsule form, this is the best product I have run across. The freeze dried process is the proven best way to retain all the nutrients from royal jelly. This process is also used by some companies with herbs, minerals and other supplements for the exact same reason, to maintain the same potency as the raw form. Many other processes used will filter out some of the nutrients, making them less potent. Excellent product !

I have been using Royal Jelly for years, I feel it makes my skin look 10 years younger than I am.

I use this as an adrenal support for myself, husband and children. It has helped us greatly when overtired, etc. It does not affect your ability to sleep at night, either. I give it to my children in the morning and sometimes my husband and I need it am and pm, preferrably on an empty stomach.

This is easy to take and since I have been taking it every day this winter in Michigan, have been a whole lot healthier than last winter-thank-you for such a great product!

Have been a user since '84 . This product is dead, I would surmise. The freeze-dry kills it.
