NOW Supplements, Sunflower Lecithin 1200 mg with Phosphatidyl Choline, 100 Softgels

These helped me avoid clogged ducts. After having mastitis that is a god send. Would recommend taking daily for any breast feeding mom.

I bought this product because of the Lecithin only. I am very familiar with the "NOW" brand and my product arrived when it was promised. I will use this product until it is gone and then reorder. The nutritional value of Lecithin is great for helping to clean out your arteries of blockage from deposits which will lower your blood pressure. And that is exactly what has happened to me. But you be you own boss.

Established brand. Consistent quality. Purchased from Walmart after the other guys shipped me two bottles in a row that had been heat compromised, and therefore 200 capsules had melted into one giant blob. Instead of trying them for a third time, I purchased from Walmart instead. I was happy to receive a perfect bottle. Loads better.

Soy free Alternative.

I often get this sunflower lecithin as a nursing mom. it's very effective to deal with clogged ducts. I like that this product is very effective yet not expensive.

These pills are monsters they are so huge but the supply is good and these are those soft gel capsules so they are easier to swallow. I like that this gives the most amount of phosphatidyl choline compared to the powders

Helps my nerve pain from Small Fiber Neuropathy. It was more effective when I first started using it %26 the capsules were dark black. They are brown now.

I still got clogged ducts using this product for breastfeeding, but I have not with another brand I tried, so I'm unsure about this one.
