Like that you can either swallow or place under tongue.
Since I've noticed that taking b-12 boosts my daytime energy, I've been trying to take it more often.It's simple to take this one.Liquefies extremely fast under tongue and not much of fixings so it's more solid it appears.Looks like a good product.
I have enjoyed taking the sublingual D3 10,000 Units. It's quick and I know I'm actually getting more from it.
