these are 2 very important vitamins d3 collects calcium and k2 carries that calcium to your Bones and teeth. you need both of these together to keep calcium buildup in your veins. and being in the quick desolve under your tongue helps it absorb in your body more completely. I definitely recommend this product.

LOVE the size and convenience of "melting under the tongue". I cannot swollow pills and I feel like these are so perfect for me. I won't know what to do if they ever stop making these. I always get D3 and K2 separate but I tried this one bottle that has BOTH. Even though really, it's more effective if you take the D %26 K separated through the day. Sometimes it's more convenient to take it in one pill so I don't forget. So on those days, this bottle is perfect!

I don't like taking pills and these are nice because they melt under your tongue and they don't taste bad. Plus they do work really well. I will continue to purchase this brand as long as they are available!

Great source of vitamin D3 and K2 (MK-7). Dissolves under the tongue within seconds. One a day keeps the bones healthy.

I like Superior Brand for the K2 melts but had to go to gummy because Walgreen(where I use to buy them) was always out and I had a hard time finding them until I spotted the K2 D3 at Walmart. So far they've been doing their job on the D3 side . Won't know about the K2 until I get a bone density scan. Seems to be helping but I also take Glucosamine Chondroitin with MSM.
