After starting using this I did notice a bit of a lift in my mood and energy. This gets you all the b vitamins easily. The only thing I would say about this, and it's not a negative (just a fact), is that the b-12 form used in this is cyanocobalamin which is fine but methylcobalamin is more bioavailable. So I use this and a sublingual methylcobalamin and I definitely get what I need.

This vitamin b is a great, easy small pill that dissolves or can be easily swallowed with water. Tastes decent and not huge at all. Highly recommend these.

Love all of their products !! They are especially wonderful for people that have a difficult time swallowing pills, caplets...etc.

I like Superior Source products that melt sublingually. The B Complex 60 tabs is only enough for one month since two is a serving. A serving has as much of the B vitamins as the large tablets I have been taking. These are much smaller. The taste is bitter and doesn't last long. It's worth it to me because of the sublingual melt. They may be swallowed so the taste would not be an issue.

Believe the reviews that say that these taste bad. I'm not super sensitive, but these are awful.

The smell is obvious even before you break the seal on the bottle. I couldn't keep it in my mouth long enough for the entire thing to dissolve, I was gagging so badly.

I was disappointed by this product due to the taste. Being a quick dissolve tablet I expected it to have some relatively pleasant flavor, but to my surprise it just has that strong metallic vitamin taste.
