Over the years, I've tried several various melatonin brands, and this one has shown to be the most effective for me. The pill is incredibly tiny and dissolves when placed beneath the tongue. After using it, I don't feel sleepy in the morning. Highly advised.
This worked Great. I was able to go to sleep fast and slept through the night.
Seems to work better than melatonin, although it probably won't make much of a difference if you're fully awake or a little wired
The taste is gross and they take time to dissolve. Guess you have to take them for a while before they work. So they are ok if you can state the taste
