This is very good product, because I used it for 3 months and my vitamin D increased a lot, even too high. So I stopped using it for a while. Maybe it is better to take it not everyday, but 2-3 days per week. I had a lot of energy while I used this supplement.

had vitD deficiency diagnosed via blood test, since taking 4 once a week, vitamin D level is at perfect 100, reference range 50-150. Equates to just under 5000 UI a day, which is currently updated recommended RDI, not 1000 UI as previously suggested. Do not take too much as some people said below who are taking crazy amounts. Too much D can lead to excess calcium, and calcification of arteries.

I love this product. This is the second time ordering it because its great. Its very convenient because it melts in your mouth and you dont need water, so you can take it on the go. I'm muslim and can't eat things with gelatin and I couldnt find D3 at this dose that didn't have gelatin until I found this brand. I suffer from fibromyalsia and also work the graveyard shift, so I to started get a lot of inflammation due to the lack of sun. Fortunately, when I started taking this D3 I started to feel so much better quickly. Its a high quality brand for a great price.I'd definitely recommend this product .

I have taken it for my coworker who has a very low level of vitamin D 3. This dosage ( 10 000 IU) is quite big and can be taken only if you are sure that you have a low level of vitamin D 3. Also to avoid side effects this high dosage is recommended to take with Magnesium and with K2 ( K2 helps to avoid calcifications in your organs and vessels. Also, its advantage that these tables are melt in the mouth so it helps vitamin D to be better absorbed,what is also important as if you have broblems with your gastrointestinal tract you may have mulabsorbtion of vitamin D

I'm really not sure if these are working. I had my labs done and D was only 39 two years before it was 46 now mind you we have spent more time indoors because of the quarantine and I do have a missing vitamin D receptor gene so it's hard for me to keep my vitamin D up. And I don't usually stray from the regular brands that I use but, I really wanted to get a high potent one. Now I know you're supposed to take it with fatty food and some of us need to take it with K 2 which I do. I guess I'll finish the rest of the bottle and go back to my old brands.
