So far so good. I had to reduce my DIM intake to 200 mg because a higher dosage was negating my menopause supplements - and if you suffer with menopause symptoms then you know that just won't do! I take my menopause supplements about 2 hours before I take this DIM & so far it's been working. This DIM also has an additional cruciferous blend that is an added plus!

Hi friends, I usually don't write much reviews, but this time decided to share my experience with this product. I started this Product less than two weeks ago in order to get control over my hot flashes, sorry for details, one capsule was probably not a right dose for me, but felt some improvement, after starting to take two a day, I think I feel much better. So, I had a bariatric surgery 3 years ago, didn't feel any discomfort with this pills, they are absolutely right size, not too big and not too small, easy to swallow. So far, I like very much, worse to try .

I really didn't think this did anything for me so I stopped taking it-my God what a MISTAKE!! It was when I stopped it that I realized what it DID DO! My face broke out bad and only a few days after starting it again my acne cleared. I am over 50-with acne...so needless to say I will NEVER make the mistake of not taking this every day!!!

Just starting taking this brand of DIM supplement but I like that it is 200mg dose with added benefits. I am taking DIM for estrogen balance as I am a breast cancer survivor. I did not tolerate the aromotase inhibitors so I take the more natural supplement.

I have been using DIM for a few months and recently switched to this brand. It is potent and works wonderfully! There is no aftertaste at all - no stomach upset either. Just remember your urine will change color...anywhere from a deep amber to a pinkish orange. Don't freak out, it's normal. I am now at the point I can cut back to every few days instead of every day. I wish I had known about this supplement many years ago. Also, it gives an abundance of energy.

I have struggled with acne and an oily face since I was a teenager. I had 5 years in which I was acne free because I was on hormones from my IUD Mirena. On Saturday, I did not wash my face all day,, to see if a zit would pop up as usual, but my face was fine. I haven't seen 1 zit since I started DIM. I am ecstatic.

I've been taking this supplement for about a month now and I am a huge fan. I feel so much better. Even though I'm post-menopausal I believe this product has done some really positive things for me. I ordered another brand of DIM and I did not like the results I was receiving. I decided to go with the reviews I read and get this one. I REALLY SAW RESULTS! I can't explain it, but I am sleeping without needing any 'help' and my cycles are shorter. I am not taking this for any weight loss, even though I would not mind it, but I have not seen much but its just been 2 months. I am ordering again to see if these results will continue.

I have been suffering with hormonal acne for as long as I can remember. From age 12-24. I have tried every product, supplement, as well as recommendations from the dermatologist. NOTHING worked. I take two of these a day, along with 2 capsules of fish oil and my acne is almost completely gone. I have never seen my skin so clear.
