I purchased it according to measurement, which was a bit small, and I struggled to get it past my elbow. Had to purchase the next size up. (This is why a 4 star wait time for replacement) I am keeping the small one to use on my forearm. This wrap does help with the pain. The wrap does not take away the pain but makes it tolerable to move.
Fit is just fine and seems to give good support. Because the straps go in two different directions it was a little hard for me to put on at first because my other hand/wrist was injured. Injury is a little better so now I can put in on just fine. I think it is a good product and worth the money.
I injured my bicep muscle %26 the wrapping bandage I had on it was more irritating than it needed to be. I purchased this brace %26 boy! was I wasting time with the wrap bandage! Place this brace over the muscle, secure the Velcro straps for as much or as little support you need. Ez peasey! 💕
Arm strain from repetitive motion and pressure makes it feel some better. Easy to put on and adjust as needed
Works well for most people with little to moderate bicep or tricep tendinitis. Be sure to seek out more extensive help for chronic tendinopathy.
I purchased this brace to wrap my bicep to address a weakness resulting from an orthopedic muscle tear earlier this year. The brace did exactly what I hoped it would do, balance, or better said, equalize the bench press lifting capacity of my arms by compensating with additional support on my injured arm. I gave the brace only 4 stars and not 5 because the design of the brace requires you to tighten the top and bottom straps in opposing directions. You pull the brace over your bicep of your injured arm and once in place, you pull the brace's top strap toward yourself with your good arm; quite easily, BTW. But, with the brace's bottom strap, you need to pull that strap away from yourself, while using the same (good) arm. It would be a 5 star brace if the tightening straps pulled in the same direction. All of that said, I could lift much better and much more balanced once i had the brace in place. I would definitely recommend it.
This actually makes my arm hurt less!!
it slides, other than that it helps a little. make other arm areas swell. NO ITS NOT TIGHT.. it slides
Don't buy it if you don't mind having to pull it up because it keeps slipping off and yet if you tighten it it swells your fingers and then it starts turning red. bad deal
Too small. Doesn't cover enough of the arm. Thin padding.
