I got these sticks to go with a cordless Surebonder gun I just bought, they are standard diameter, about a half inch, and 10" long for longer glue beads. I build RC planes out of foam board, and sometimes their construction needs a very long glue run like on a wing spar. My first project with the new gun and sticks was to re-mount a letter on my door that had come off because the owner had used some kind of putty. Scraped all that off, and had it remounted in just a few minutes, went on smooth and holds tight, even in 100°+ F weather here in the southwest. I've gone through all kinds of glue sticks over the last few years, cheap and premium, low and high temp, and these work really well, if not the best ones yet.

I like not having to change the sticks so frequently and they work fine on low or high settings.

I bought these hot glue sticks before and I found them to be satisfactorily working for my specific needs. I like to do basic crafts using mostly hot glue because it gives me the option to repurpose some items by simply removing the hot glue, clean up and create something else. It works good on glass leaving no residue but on wood is a bit more difficult to remove even when applying alcohol to detach. Overall, if you need to buy hot glue it would recommend this type and brand keeping in mind that Walmart is the best place I find that sell these products at a more affordable price. (promotional review but product is good for the price)

Sometimes you want a lighter bond, but I was expecting these to have stronger adhesion. They dry semi-clear, and the glue is easily breakable - much less durable than the last sticks I got from Gorilla glue. I will use these for non-permanent bonding and for that they should work fine
