bought this because I had a really bad thigh cramp which turned out it was my sciatica. was recommended by my massage therapist to start taking magnesium daily. because Ive had some leg pain due to my hips and disability ever since I was born. the doctor couldn't ever find a pain med to help the pain. other then over the counter pain pills which eventually stop working. I'm now 30 yrs old and Never thought or was ever told to take magnesium by any doctors. until my massage therapist told. I highly recommend this one. it not only helps with my pain but it has help me sleep better too. it gives me weird dream. but I'll take that over pain.

I seem to have digestive and anxiety issues with most magnesium products I try, including glycinate. I don't know what it is, but this doesn't give me any issues. Been helping with my sleep already! Just wish there were more per bottle. Happy to see gummies as well, I hate swallowing big pills, and they're quite tasty, not sour.

I take 2 per night. I'm 52. This is the type of magnesium you are supposed to take for sleep. Yes it works. I've just started taking these at the beginning of the month.

I got this for my endometriosis pain but I was suffering with terrible joint pain today and this immediately relieved that pain! I wanted something less concentrated than a pill because I think my body needs a break and this works for me thankfully.

I enjoy gummie vitamins because they taste great and it's easier to remember to take the vitamins daily, I'm still looking around for the best value vitamins as well as everything else are costly

This formula was recommended by my doctor due to its benefits towards digestion as well as relaxation. I have noticed an improvement on both. I am currently taking one in the morning and one in the evening before bed.

I wear dentures and have dysphagia so I need a gummy supplement that either doesn't stick to my dentures or will dissolve quickly so I can't choke to death on it.

This product didn't work for me. It caused me to have bad/hallucinating dreams. My doctor highly recommended it due to my insomnia. I'm not able to sleep most mornings past 3:30 am. It's so frustrating. I really thought this would work for me. 🙁 Will not use it anymore.

What I received was not what I ordered. It was a substitution which I was not informed when I picked up my products. Next time I'll order from Amazon which will send me the EXACT PRODUCT I ORDERED.
