Swanson seems to be the only manufacturer who does have this particular vitamin significantly for bones.
I really enjoyed this manganese for my Tardive Dyskensia! It works!
Manganese builds and maintains bones and cartilage
Great quality product! Small size. Easy to swallow.
I have been using this mineral for many years, along with several other minerals and vitamins. It is a necessary product for me and helps me maintain optimal health. I, also, take selenium, zinc, stress B Complex, vitamin E, vitamin D, vitamin C, A&D, folic acid & B12. Swanson is an excellent company to buy from and I buy all my vitamins and minerals from them.
I like this type of chelated manganese. The albion types seem to be high quality and readily absorbed. I think the price is very reasonable, and I plan to use this product for awhile. I like to use it in combination with Swanson albion chelated selenium and another brand's zinc citrate.
I take the manganese because of the many ways it is useful for good health, along with many others supplements. I can't say I can notice any particular result for this, or any other. I am a senior citizen, and am in good health. So, I will continue taking my capsules.
Manganese is best taken in chelate form, which is why i bought this product, i take one of these pills along with B vitamins and minerals, This product does exactly what it says
I have ordered the Twinlab brand and Swanson's Manganese, but I really think they are both good, so really can't say which one is better.
Has a bunch of other ingredients that are not on the website description. Including malodextrin which is horrible for people.
